SENTIENT Privé is an invitation-based events community. Access credentials, secret keys, invitation links, QR codes, and RSVP confirmations are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, posted publicly, or used to impersonate another person.

We may suspend or revoke access, cancel RSVPs, or refuse admission when we believe use of the website or event access violates these terms, harms the community, or creates a security, operational, or safety concern.

Event details, capacity, location, guest policies, timing, and availability may change. We may modify, postpone, or cancel events at our discretion.

RSVP acceptance does not guarantee admission if a venue reaches capacity, if the RSVP was made with inaccurate information, or if admission would violate event rules or applicable law.

By opting in to receive text messages from SENTIENT Privé, you authorize SENTIENT Furniture Inc. and its service providers to send SMS or MMS messages to the phone number you provide. Messages may include event confirmations, reminders, check-in details, QR codes, RSVP updates, event changes, and related service notices.

Message frequency varies based on your event activity and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services or attending an event.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may reply HELP for help or contact us at events@sentient.nyc. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

All content on the website, including text, design, graphics, images, logos, marks, and software, is owned by SENTIENT Furniture Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
